Malarkey Roofing Products is seeking a reliable Machine Operator - Night in Franklin, IN to operate production equipment and monitor quality. You will support the production line, assist with start-ups, and help maintain a safe, clean work area while adhering to PPE guidelines.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma and at least two years in manufacturing, with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of manufacturing experience.
• General knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Strong communication in a diverse population.
• Adherence to PPE protocols including respirator fit tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment.
• Monitor product quality and process efficiency.
• Assist other operators as needed.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with line start-up and maintenance when necessary.
• Ensure proper testing and recording of product specs.
