Job summary

Pretium Packaging is hiring for multiple Machine Operators in Salt Lake City to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate packaging machinery, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance on the line.

Daily tasks include inspecting finished containers, conducting quality checks, recording data, and adjusting equipment to meet product specifications. We offer a safety‑conscious work environment with PPE, a stable full‑time schedule (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), overtime

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine operator in the plastics industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines on production lines to meet quality standards.
• conduct routine maintenance and report issues.
• Perform quality checks on containers and document adjustments.
• Maintain material levels and keep workspace clean.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Work shifts including overtime and attend after-hours meetings.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
