Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; GED Works program available.
• Quick learners who enjoy hands-on work.
• Strong teamwork and attendance.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift.
• Experience in manufacturing or metal production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate coil upender, compactor, and payoff equipment.
• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic hand tools.
• Transport, handle, and package coils according to MDS requirements.
• Enter production data into computer systems.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Maintain effective communication with production and support teams.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
