Job summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for part-time AM & PM shifts with flexible scheduling across the week, including weekends, in Santa Cruz, CA. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $37 to $46 depending on experience.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care during night shifts, administering medications, monitoring conditions, coordinating with physicians and RNs, and supervising CNAs. California LVN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift.
