Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care for assigned patients under RN/MD supervision.
• Perform admissions and ongoing reassessments; develop an interdisciplinary care plan.
• Implement and coordinate care plans; provide patient teaching and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and perform procedures (e.g., injections, phlebotomy).
• Restock supplies and maintain department cleanliness as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
