Job summary
UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital-Madison, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a rehabilitation-focused team. You will work 3x12 night shifts with rotating weekends, contribute to complex care plans, and participate in CCRN RN Fellow Program opportunities.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration and patient care as part of a specialized recovery team.
- Collaborate closely with PT, OT, and Speech Therapy to manage high-acuity cases.
- Contribute to stroke recovery, TBI, and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
- Provide patient and family education and support.
