Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our 11pm-7am night shift team. You will monitor, plan, and implement resident care under a Registered Nurse, ensuring continuity between shifts and supervising CNAs.

This role requires a Florida LPN license, prior long-term care experience, good health, and the ability to work independently or with a team while communicating effectively to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Florida LPN license/registration required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Must be in good physical and mental health.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, plan, and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Ensure continuity of care of residents between shifts by supervising CNAs and support staff.
• Participate in resident and family teaching.
• Serve as a resident advocate with a focus on the facility's mission.
