Job summary
Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Memory Care to work 7pm-7am in our Frankfort, KY facilities. You will provide compassionate care, monitor resident health, administer medications as prescribed, and coordinate with RN staff to maintain a secure and dignified living environment for seniors.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods is required.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
- Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff.
- Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
- Make resident safety a daily priority.
- Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
- Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
