Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse/LicensedVocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide patient care under the supervision of an RN on the unit. Responsibilities include data collection, reporting, and executing orders in accordance with PAM Health policies.

Strong candidates hold current LPN/LVN licensure, BLS certification, and IV certification where required.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state of employment or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification (AHA approved within 90 days of employment).
• IV certification within 90 days if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather data, report findings and carry out orders; perform therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
