Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in Ballwin, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team. The position supports residents with daily living activities, helps maintain safety, and delivers compassionate, personalized care alongside our RN leadership.

• Provide exceptional, personalized care supporting seniors in activities of daily living.

• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; document new data.
• Take vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
