Seasons Rehab & Healthcare Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles to join our clinical care team and deliver skilled nursing and compassionate resident care. New graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in the State of Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to receive).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and resident care plans.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes.
• Administer medications and perform routine tasks (wound care, vitals, specimens).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Document resident history, vital signs, and care interventions.
• Foster resident engagement and social interaction.
• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the Director of Nursing to deliver top-tier care.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents.
