Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus invites a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join the G81 unit, a specialty surgical step-down and general medical unit. The role requires night shifts 7:00pm–7:30am, performing data collection, implementing care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and families.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited LPN program and Ohio license with BLS, and preferably one year of patient care experience.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.

Aufgaben

• Collect, document and report patient data and observations.
• Implement care plans as directed by an RN and contribute to care plan revisions.
• Administer medications and/or treatments authorized by a provider and observe patients for adverse reactions.
• Perform routine laboratory tests.
• Educate patients and family members.
