Job summary

The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham is hiring part-time LPNs for weekdays 11p-7a (24 hours a week).

We are a 4-star skilled nursing facility. Hourly pay ranges from $40 to $46, with shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends. Weekly pay.

As an LPN, you provide direct nursing care under supervision of the RN and supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state, or be in the process of obtaining one.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under his/her care.
• Transcribe physician’s orders promptly and accurately.
• Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness.
• Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes.
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs.
• Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list.
• Document and report any unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessary.
• Administer medication according to procedure.
