Job summary

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton is seeking a full-time nursing supervisor for the 11pm–7am shift. LPN or RN candidates are welcome, with every-other-weekend rotation.

Weekly pay is provided; LPNs earn $43 on weekdays and $43.50 on weekends, RNs earn $47 on weekdays and $47.50 on weekends, including shift differentials. You will direct total nursing care activities during each shift under the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest quality resident care

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN or RN license in Massachusetts.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies.

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Participate in developing, updating, and communicating residents' care plans.
• Ensure staff implement care plans and document RN assessments.
• Transcribe physician orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain current resident care plans for all residents.
• Administer medications per procedure and respond to emergencies.
• Foster positive resident and family relations.
