Job summary

Award Care is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family in Perry, FL. Night shifts are available (7p-7a) with a compensation up to $30 per hour and a bi-weekly bonus of $225. We value a caring, compassionate team player who delivers quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active LPN license to practice in the state.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Must be compassionate and dedicated to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing home setting.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Conduct and document evaluations of residents' medical status.
• Other duties as assigned.
