Job summary

Award Care is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family in Florida. We value compassionate caregivers who provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting, with supervision of CNAs and participation in evaluation.

FT Day (7a-7p) and PT Day shifts are available. Must hold active LPN license. We offer a Perfect Punch bonus, competitive pay, holiday pay and overtime; 12-hour shifts with four days off.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation of individualized treatment plans for each resident.
• Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation.
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program.
• Provide nursing services.
• Conduct and document evaluations of residents' medical status.
