Job summary

Orca Bio is seeking a Specialist, Logistics to ensure secure and timely transport of donor cells and drug products between manufacturing sites and transplant centers. The role involves real-time coordination of courier runs, chain-of-custody documentation, and KPI tracking in a fast-paced biotech setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of logistics experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant logistics experience required.
• Familiarity with handling biological materials and transportation regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in logistics tracking systems or software required.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time transport monitoring and live courier tracking.
• Act as on-the-spot decision-maker to rebook flights, hotels, and ground transport.
• Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries, manage third-party couriers, and review invoices.
