Qualifications

• Adaptability to change and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dispatchers and fleet managers to plan and carry out shipping operations.
• Develop daily operating plan focused on KPIs for the department.
• Evaluate and adjust plans to maximize payload and on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate daily with Scheduling Team Leader on growth initiatives for KAG assets.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with Terminal Managers and Lead Technicians.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and other departments for smooth operation.
• Manage day-to-day operations of up to 75 drivers.
