Job summary

You’ll assist with ADLs, lift and move residents, monitor intake and skin care, and document care and reports to the nursing team.

This role offers a $21–$26 per hour pay range, full- and part-time benefits, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Providing daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Safely lifting, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Communicating changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Supporting admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and meals.
• Monitor skin integrity and report concerns.
• Maintain flow sheets and progress notes.
• Contribute to care plan meetings.
