Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant for the Exeter Hospital float pool, covering nights from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with every other weekend.

The LNA provides basic nursing care under supervision, in diverse units across Medical Surgical, ICU, PCU, ED and 3West. Requirements include NH LNA license and CPR within 90 days. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for growth within BILH.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant – NH State (LNA) required.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to perform basic nursing tasks under supervision.
• Follows policies, safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Perform bedside testing such as glucose checks and incentive spirometry.
• Document patient care information accurately in charts.
• Assist with personal care and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Contribute to development and implementation of patient care plans.
