Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for night shifts in our float pool, covering Medical Surgical/ICU/PCU/ED and 3 West. You will perform basic patient care, monitor conditions, document care accurately, and support infection control and safety standards.

NH CPR certification within 90 days of hire is required, and the pay range is $20.50–$29.42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant in NH with CPR certification within 90 days.
• Willingness to float across Medical Surgical/ICU/PCU/ED and 3 West.
• Commitment to infection control and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Follows department policies, quality and safety standards.
• Performs basic procedures with aseptic technique when appropriate.
• Provides personal care to patients.
