Pilgrim’s is hiring for Live Receiving Nights. The Live Receiving Worker rotates through live hanging, crates, forklift driving, and backup to the finishing line. The role emphasizes safety, agility, and teamwork to maintain production flow on night shifts.

Qualified candidates should be able to stand for long shifts, follow instructions, and communicate effectively. Forklift experience is preferred, and training on safety and animal welfare is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Able to stand and use hands for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Able to follow basic instructions and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work in a rotating, night-shift production environment.
• Observant and able to identify safety risks.

Aufgaben

• Back-Up Stabber: monitor kill machine and ensure proper killing before scalding.
• Drawer Inserter: place drawers and detect defects during insertion.
• Live Hang: deliver birds at 26 per minute using proper techniques.
• Rotate across live hanging, crates, forklift driving, and finishing backup.
• Train others with skills gained and enforce safety policies.
• Follow animal welfare guidelines and participate in process improvements.
