The Supervisor will collaborate with the Manager-LifeLine on staffing, payroll, supplies, and customer relationships, ensuring high quality care and a positive team member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Must hold current paramedic licensure and maintain scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LifeLine base operations with 24/7 coverage.
• Staff, schedule, and coach assigned team members.
• Support payroll, supplies, facility, and asset needs for the team.
• Partner in employee relations and team member engagement.
• Promote IU Health values and ensure safety for patients, families, and staff.
