Job summary

Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor and optimize oil and gas production across our Texas field operations. You will supervise well sites by vehicle, ensure equipment reliability, and support safety and environmental procedures.

You will perform tests, calibrations and troubleshooting, complete required regulatory paperwork, and maintain field housekeeping. A valid driver's license and 1+ year of lease operator experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.

• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and waterdisposal.

• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).

• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.

• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.

• Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, and stopping are required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
