Job summary

Danos is seeking a Night Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities include daily field monitoring, equipment testing and troubleshooting, and completing required paperwork. The role requires 2+ years of Lease Operator experience, a valid US driver's license, and ability to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must pass background, drug test (hair follicle), MVR, agility and fitness for duty requirements.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple wells on a rotational schedule.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• Daily monitoring of well sites by vehicle.
• General field housekeeping and maintenance.

Overview

As a Night Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
