Job summary

Qualifications

• The Doctor of Pharmacy or ACPE-accredited BS is required.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency is required or preferred.
• ASHP PGY2 in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care or equivalent experience preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Clinical order verification and pharmacotherapy monitoring for EM/CC patients.
• Respond to drug information questions and counsel patients.
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff and residents during overnight hours.
• Support stroke alert and trauma/code response activities.
