Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Lead Packer for 3rd shift (9:55pm–6:05am, Mon–Fri; possible summer Mon–Thu). You will print labels, ensure packaging meets specs, stock supplies, and document finished product counts while supporting HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities include operating wrapping machines, carton printer, and taping units; verifying codes/dates; setting up the metal detector; labeling cartons; tracking inventory and production data; and reporting

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and the ability to use a scanning gun and enter data into the system.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Capable of doing simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prints labels according to production requirements and verifies accuracy.
• Operates wrapping machines, carton printer and taping units.
• Verifies product codes and production dates.
• Sets up metal detector and follows testing procedures.
• Maintains label inventory and records production data.
