Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Mentor, OH is seeking a Packer for the 3rd shift (7pm to 5:30am, Mon-Thu) to package medical products in a clean, controlled environment. You will follow SOPs and GMP, label and box items, and help ensure quality and safety before distribution.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Prior packaging/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package sterilized medical products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before and during packaging.
• Label and box products accurately, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Meet productivity and quality goals on a daily basis.
