Festival Foods is hiring a Fresh Cut Clerk for our Neenah, WI location. You will help prepare and stock fresh cut fruits and vegetables, ensuring attractive displays and high quality, while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining freshness, assisting guests, keeping areas clean, and following food-safety practices. This role may be part-time or full-time, with opportunities to contribute to a memorable shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with guests, leaders, and associates.
• Safety policies and lifting techniques understood.
• Ability to use equipment such as power jacks, walk-behind lifts, WAVs, balers, and compactors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Freshness by stocking and replenishing products.
• Provide Exceptional Service by assisting guests and resolving concerns.
• Ensure Cleanliness of the department and shelves.
• Monitor Quality & Food Safety with logs and targets at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Honor Commitments with regular attendance and replacement planning.
• Support the Team with other duties as assigned.
