GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for Portland Public Schools in Westphalia, MI. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Monday to Friday with one weekend per month, 3:00pm–11:30pm, at the Portland Public School District. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include leading a cleaning team, ensuring quality, and maintaining security with nightly checks. Ideal candidates are able to motivate others, communicate well, and have reliable transportation.

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
