Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Lead Custodian for the Portland Public School District. This full-time position runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. Pay is $15.75/hour, with opportunities for growth and company benefits.

You will lead a cleaning team, perform building maintenance, and ensure safe, clean facilities while following GRBS standards and using our tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Michigan public schools requirements exclude individuals with theft, violence or drug-related backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Complete Building Walkdowns.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
