Job summary

GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for the Portland Public Schools in Lyons, MI. This full-time, 2nd-shift role runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month and 3:00pm–11:30pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID and leadership experience.
• Strong teamwork, dependability and self-motivation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process daily and per GRBS standards.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools and supplies.
• Complete 360 communication with team and supervisors.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
