Job summary

Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Fair Oaks, Tennessee, seeks a part-time Laundry Aide for the night shift, 11:00pm–7:00am, with Fridays and Saturdays off. This role ensures a steady linen supply and timely cleaning and delivery of personal clothing to residents.

You will sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry, maintain a clean and safe laundry area, and coordinate with nursing staff. Training is available; daily pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift availability required.
• Healthcare laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow infection control and universal precautions.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled laundry and load into machines following procedures.
• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute clean laundry to residents daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the laundry area, floors, walls, and equipment.
• Coordinate daily laundry services with nursing staff as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions and supply needs to supervisor.
• Follow safety, infection control, and evacuation policies.
