Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Specimen Processor to receive, prepare, and process specimens for testing in a fast-paced laboratory environment. You will handle data entry for patient specimens and assist with storage, ensuring timely processing and adherence to SOPs.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 0–1 years of related experience, with strong attention to detail and good English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with science related classes.
• 0-1 years related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares samples for laboratory analyses.
• Accurately process standard requisitions per approved procedures at expected rates.
• Label samples and aliquot as needed for multiple testing.
• Scan tubes into storage racks and enter specimen data into database.
• Assists other lab personnel with specimen storage.
• Ensure Turn Around Times (TAT's) are met.
