Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a full-time Laboratory Support Associate to interpret and enter client samples, manage projects, and maintain accurate client files. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong data-entry skills, and English proficiency.

Training occurs on the day shift before moving to a night schedule, with a 10% shift differential for evenings. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of laboratory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Computer skills including data entry.
• Professional working proficiency in English: read, write and speak.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• 1+ years of related laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and enters client samples into the computer system.
• Manages large projects and maintains client files.
• Delivers rush samples to correct technical centers.
• Provides training assistance within the department.
• Ensures SOPs are followed and safety procedures observed.
• Unpacks sample kits and coolers upon receipt.
• Handles incoming informational calls and maintains records.
• Maintains accuracy of quotes, purchase orders, and sample activity.
