Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy training program preferred.
• Six months experience in AdventHealth Lab preferred.
• Healthcare/phlebotomy exposure required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: PRN.
• Location: Palm Coast, FL.
• May perform point of care testing, with quality control and documentation.
• Performs clerical and receptionist duties as needed.
• Collects patient and test order information for accounts.
• May perform blood collection (phlebotomy) for all ages.
• Receives, processes, and transports specimens.
• Prepares specimens for testing and operates preanalytical instruments.
• May train new staff and students as assigned.
• Maintains safety policies and uses PPE.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
