Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking crew members for after-dinner and late-night shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Shifts vary by location and can start as early as 4:00pm or later, with some concepts closing at midnight and others after 4am.

No prior experience required; must be 18+ and have reliable transportation. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, addressing inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Keep facilities clean by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills.
• Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning workstations and equipment.
