Workstream is seeking a Customer Service Crew Member to greet guests, take orders, and assist with payments in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to learn, with training provided and a friendly team environment.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, answering questions about menu items, and maintaining cleanliness. The position is ideal for individuals 18+ who can work after dinner hours and weekends, with reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with delivery partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
