Responsibilities

• Performs all duties required of a Janitor or other assigned employee.
• Directs, guides and trains new staff and provides ongoing training to existing staff.
• Cleans and maintains hallways, offices, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas.
• Operates cleaning equipment and uses appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Reports material discrepancies to the Supervisor or Maintenance Department.
• Complies with all company policies and safety procedures.
