Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, offices and common areas, disposing waste, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns during the overnight shift. High school diploma and ability to lift 50 lbs required.

Competenze

• Overnight availability with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation; able to lift 50 lbs.
• Physical capability for manual labor including lifting, bending, standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other facility areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns observed during the shift to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use to prolong its lifespan and maintain safety standards.
