Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year or more of forklift operation experience.
• One year or more of warehouse experience.
• One year or more of cycle counting/inventory experience.
• Reach truck experience.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Proficiency with RF scanners.
• Good organizational and mathematical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented and able to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee Inventory Operations with team to maintain accurate levels.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies related to inventory management.
• Communication: Communicate inventory issues to team members and supervisors.
• Cycle Counts: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Physical Counts: Conduct physical inventory counts to verify system accuracy.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve differences between counts and records.
• Inventory Records: Record and update counts in the system with detailed reconciliations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Safety: Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Other Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
