The role emphasizes counts, verification, and reporting, with responsibilities to manage shrink, discrepancies, and stock movement. Candidates should have inventory experience and strong math and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year inventory experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to communicate information accurately and apply math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate computer skills.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
• Able to lift 10–90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Counts material and posts inventory records.
• Compares inventories to records and resolves discrepancies.
• Verifies computations against physical counts and adjusts as needed.
• Compiles receipts or disbursements of materials and supplies.
• Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations.
• Prepares inventory reports and production breakdowns.
