Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 - 5 years Injection Molding Experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with forklifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines to optimize production and quality.
• Set up auxiliary equipment and robotics to ensure containment and packaging requirements.
• Follow MWIs, prints, specs, work orders and production docs.
• Identify and resolve molding process and quality defects.
• Record downtime, scrap and BOM accuracy during changeovers.
• Maintain safe, clean work area per policy and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate issues to Tooling and Maintenance via respective systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
