Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, seeks a Mold Technician to support manufacturing operations for our Menomonie, Wisconsin facility. The role centers on setting up, starting up, and changing over molding jobs in a regulated ISO and FDA environment.

You'll operate molding machines and related equipment, troubleshoot alarms, and record process parameters in our ERP system. This position runs a 12-hour rotating night schedule, with cross-team collaboration to meet quality targets.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions.
• Review work to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and change over production jobs per standards; may include robotics and vision systems.
• Set up and operate molding machines, lift trucks, overhead cranes, and power mold carts.
• Answer alarms as they arise.
• Record process parameters into the ERP system in an ISO/FDA molding environment.
• Evaluate molding processes to improve quality, safety and productivity.
• Communicate critical shift updates, priorities, and information to leadership and technicians.
• Work with other production groups to meet production and quality requirements.
