Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data for decision making.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; team lift required above 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift; injection molding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Molding Work Instructions (MWI) including prints, specifications, and shop orders.
• Install and remove molds in the injection molding machines; set up and process to Master Cycle.
• Adjust auxiliary equipment and robots to ensure proper assembly, product containment and packaging.
• Make machine adjustments (heat, injection pressure, cycle times) for various materials to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot molding problems; ensure parts meet quality standards.
