Job summary

Stillwater Medical Center Healthcare Authority is seeking a CNA for night shifts to assist in patient care and support in a 12-hour shift structure. The role requires completing Nurse Assistant training or having related acute care experience, plus CPR and Basic Dysrhythmia training within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant training course or acceptable patient care experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire
• Successful completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Assists in the care and support of the patient, utilizing technical nursing skills with minimum assistance.
• TheICUtech supports the unit by stocking items, assisting patients, helping families/guests and performing clerical duties as needed.
