Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Round Rock - Round Rock Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for Night shift in the Intensive Care Unit. You will oversee patient care using a professional practice model, perform assessments, create and adjust care plans, and coordinate with the ICU team.

This full-time role features 3 x 12-hour shifts (6:45pm–7:15am) with 26 beds, ICU/IMC ratios, and alignment with Texas Nursing Practice Act guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN license required and accredited nursing program completed.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and patient education skills.
• Familiarity with EMR and standard office software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Prioritize patient and family needs and educate on care options.
• Collaborate with ICU team to implement and adjust treatments.
