Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in ICU.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, and documents care in the medical record.
• Teaches patients/families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate a holistic treatment plan.
