Ardent seeks a night shift, full-time ICU Registered Nurse for Seton Medical Center Harker Heights in Texas. You will plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.

Requirements include Texas RN licensure, multi-state licensure recognition, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) with timely updates. Previous ICU experience preferred.

Formación

• RN licensure required in Texas.
• Nurse Licensure Compact recognition preferred.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS certification required at hire.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care, develop nursing care plans with patient/family and interdisciplinary staff, and communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and team.
