Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Intensivist team for nights. This role offers autonomous practice with strong ICU physician collaboration and a manageable patient load.

The ideal candidate will have ACNP certification, Texas NP licensure, and at least 2 years of acute or critical care experience. EPIC EMR is used in daily documentation and orders, with a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision‑making ability.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
